Who we are
Starlight Encouragement Fund is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the underprivileged, by providing opportunities for those who need it most.
We work in conjunction with our partners and donors to make sure that every project we begin has a specific goal in mind. Since our founding in 2019 our organization has provided meals and donations to a small number of individuals in vulnerable areas. We feel when serving populations, "vulnerable" generally refers to groups of people who are at a disadvantage due to a characteristic they have or a status they inhabit. These characteristics or statuses can include but are not limited to low income, limited access to healthcare, age, disability, homelessness, incarceration, and refugee or immigrant status.
Our Programs
Have a well-defined and clear mission that succinctly communicates the purpose of our organization. Specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals guide our program's activities. Clearly defined metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the program's success and impact. Regular evaluation and reporting mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of our programs in achieving their goals.
Inclusion of the community in program development and implementation, ensuring that the program addresses actual community needs. Collaborations with other non-profits, government agencies, businesses, and community organizations to enhance the program's reach and impact. Leveraging resources and expertise through partnerships to achieve common goals.
